On Tuesday, May 27, we co-hosted the “Let Me Be Your Wings, Let Love Take Flight Spiritual Concert” together with the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation and the Republic of China Association for the Promotion of Arts and Culture for People with Disabilities. A total of 211 inmates participated in the event.
