The prison is under the Agency of Correction, Ministry of Justice. The personnel consist of one superintendent, one deputy superintendent, one secretary. There are six sections: Investigation, Edification and Education, Sanitation and Health, Guard and Control, Business and General Affair plus four offices: Personnel, Accounting, Statistics, and Government Ethics to manage related matters.
