- Implementing inmate growth groups and children’s education courses for those inmates who have brought their children into the prison so to fortify family support in order to heighten inmates’ self-awareness and render self-change.
- Intensifying the consequence of being a narcotic criminal by scientific evidence. Holding speeches on the seven facets to increase inmates’ correct consciousness on addiction to strengthen inmates’ motivation for rehabilitation.
