On Thursday, July 11, in order to enhance the vegetarian cooking skills of inmates working in the kitchen and to inspire creativity in designing vegetarian menus, we specially invited a Tzu Chi Foundation sister to conduct a teaching session and provide suggestions and guidance for improving the vegetarian day menu. A total of 37 inmates participated in the event.
